Ms. McKinley is a private nurse consultant offering attorneys life care planning and medical/rehabilitative services in Workers' Compensation and personal injury litigation cases. Additionally, she is a consultant to the U.S. Department of Labor, insurance and re-insurance companies, and she provides case management services in multiple health care settings. She obtained her Bachelors of Science degree in nursing from the Virginia Commonwealth University/Medical College of Virginia in 1989 graduating Cum Laude. She holds a Specialized Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies and Legal Nurse Consulting from the College of Professional Studies, awarded in 2002. She completed her life care planning training through the Rehabilitation Training Institute of the University of Florida in 1996. Ms. McKinley holds multiple certifications that include CDMS Certified Disability Management Specialist (4/93), CCM Certified Case Manager (5/93), and CLCP Certified Life Care Planner (1/97).
